  The gorgeous Atrium Palace Resort Hotel is an outstanding holiday pleasure-resort on the eastern coast of Rhodos, reflecting an array of architectural influences from past civilisations. The Atrium Palace Resort Hotel is situated in a peaceful area with breathtaking scenery - ideal for the many for Wedding Couples who wish to marry at St Paul's Chapel in Lindos, or in the grounds of the hotel, next to Kalathos Beach. The linked buildings have stunning views of Kalathos Bay and surrounding coastline. This colonial-style palatial building is built around an inner courtyard or atrium complete with palm gardens, pretty water features and a profusion of flowers and shrubs, creating a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. Cascading waterfalls, sun terraces and lush vegetation wrap around the split-level swimming pools creating it's own tropical oasis.

Location
The Atrium Palace Resort hotel, located in Kalathos Beach, near the historic town of Lindos, was first opened in 1992. Situated only a few hundred meters from the beautiful pebbly beach, on the idyllic east coast of Rhodes island, facing the rising sun. It is close to Kalathos town, where there is a small selection of bars and tavernas, and for a lively nightlife, about 5 km from Lindos and only 42 km from the city of Rhodes.

The hotel complex consists of a main building (3 floors, 2 lifts) and 2 annexes (one with 3 floors - 1 lift and one with 2 floors). It offers 206 Double Rooms, 29 Junior Suite, 19 Villas. Rooms/Suites either have a side sea view, garden view or (sea view - with a supplement) with a balcony or terrace with tables and chairs, bathroom with bathtub and shower, WC, hairdryer, air-conditioning (May to Oct), satellite TV with music channel, radio, internet data ports, mini bar, international direct dial telephone and safety deposit box (payable locally), room service, fridge; Single, Double, Queen size beds, Baby cots (free of charge).

The 19 villas at the Atrium Palace include: Deluxe, Executive, Superior and Presidential. All villas are furnished with exclusive handicraft elegant furniture in natural, calming and relaxing earth tones. All have dining furniture and luxury sun lounges. The marble-lined spacious bathrooms, with Jacuzzi hydro massage baths, all have a hair dryer, luxury toiletries, bathrobes and matching slippers, a telephone and music. Temperature controlled air-conditioning, 24hr room service, a large 29" screen satellite TV with video and music channels, a DVD player with a comprehensive available connection. New for 2005 includes Thalasso Spa and Beauty Salon, with a gym, sauna, and hammam (extra charge). There are also 3 freshwater outdoor pools, freshwater indoor pool (08.00 - 18.30), sun terraces with sun-loungers, parasols and towels (free around the pool with a returnable deposit), table tennis, 2 floodlit tennis courts (racquets/balls - extra charge), basketball, volleyball, mini golf (extra charge), billiards (coin operated), electronic gaming machines (coin operated). Kalathos Beach is a public peaceful tranquil beach, and free from all water sports.

Entertainment
Animation programme including games, sports and competitions during the day, soft animation entertainment each evening for adults and children, also Greek and Cabaret Shows with dancers, performing 3 times a week, (high season) occasional piano evenings.
Childrens facilities: Children's separate outdoor freshwater swimming pool and playground, supervised Mini Club 4-12 yrs old (operated by hotel, 6 days a week). Mini Club Children's Disco. High chairs, baby sitting (on request, payable locally). Free baby cot.

Dining options
Breakfast is 'American' buffet style and is served from 07:00 to 10:00 hrs. Lunch is served in the Poseidon Pool restaurant, it is either 'a la carte' or menu based and is served from 11:30 to 16:30 hrs. Dinner is served in the "Symposion" Restaurant, it is a combination of buffet and waiter service, "a la carte menu" is also available. Vegetarian meals are also catered for, Culinary theme evenings in The Symposion Restaurant held 3 times a week with special menus and aperitifs, with a Grand Gala Dinner on Sunday. Themes of Chinese, International, Mexican, Italian and Greek food are varied throughout the month. Dress code applies for dinner. Pool bar and the Main bar (II Cavaliere Bar) serves drinks, cocktails and snacks. Asterias Restaurant (a la carte) on the beachfront is open daily from 12 noon till late serving lunch and dinner.

Health Spa
Guests can lounge on the sun terraces with a drink at the poolside bar. Specially trained staff at the spa and health club offers a wide selection of treatments and services, including therapies in fresh and seawater pools, relaxing massages and hydrotherapy baths, algae body wraps and hair and beauty packages.
