  The Pool Restaurant & Bar serve a full, homemade, American buffet breakfast enriched with specialties of Sifnos and accompanied with chilled champagne. Lunch includes fresh salads, international dishes and tasty local recipes. For those wishing to have lunch or a light snack on the beach, a special Petite Carte is also available.Dinner is a BBQ by the pool with a Greek Buffet and fresh "catch of the day" theme. The Pool Bar offers an extensive range of cocktails, fresh fruit juices and long drinks.
  The Gastronomic Restaurant offers inspired Mediterranean & Greek cuisine and rare wines from around the world. Luxurious fine dining and service with an elegant ambiance.

  The Pool Suites have one bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette area, one large bathroom with a bathtub, and one bathroom with a shower, a private veranda with sea view and a private swimming pool with an open air shaded lounge.
  The Senior Pool Suites have one bedroom, a large living room, one large bathroom with a bathtub, and one bathroom with a shower, a kitchen, a private veranda with sea view, a private swimming pool with an open air shaded lounge.
  The Executive Pool Suites have two bedrooms, a large living room, two large bathrooms with bathtubs, and one bathroom with a shower, a kitchen with a dining table, a private veranda with sea view and a private swimming pool with an open air shaded lounge.

  For the support personnel accompanying the client, the senior & executive pool suites also provide servants quarters, within the same building, comprised of a room with it's own bathroom and private entrance.
