Distance
Only approximately 35 km east of Heraklion; 32 km (25 minutes drive) from Heraklion International Airport "Nikos Kazantzakis", which is served by several daily flights from Athens (35 min) and other major European cities; 35 km (30 minutes drive) from Heraklion Port, offering also connections to nearby islands. Chauffeured service is available for airport and port transfers and local transport by taxi. Car hire can also be arranged.

Room types and facilities
The rooms in the main building are modernly designed and most comfortable, while the bungalows are all totally renovated and decorated in modern style with a subtle touch of luxury. All accommodations are fitted with air-conditioning (central system and in some rooms individually controlled), TV with satellite channels, music programs, direct dial telephone, refrigerator, hairdryer and private balcony or terrace.

Double Rooms Garden View: Situated in one of the three wings of the Main Building, offering garden view. They consist of one bedroom with two twin beds, one bathroom and a balcony.
Double Rooms Sea View: Situated in one of the three wings of the Main Building, offering panoramic sea view. They consist of one bedroom with two twin beds, one bathroom and a balcony.
Family Rooms Garden View: Situated on the ground floor of the Main Building, they offer garden view and consist of one large bedroom with two twin beds together, one single bed and sitting area in open plan with the possibility to add an extra bed or baby-cot. They feature a marble-lined bathroom and a terrace with private garden.
Superior Bungalows: Located in the third row from the seafront, most of them offer a partial sea view and they consist of one spacious bedroom with a queen size bed (or two twin beds), some of them featuring an extra single sofa bed, one bathroom with separate shower cabin and a terrace.
Superior Bungalows Sea View: Located in the second row from the seafront, they offer a sea view and they consist of one spacious bedroom with a queen size bed (or two twin beds), one bathroom with separate shower cabin and a terrace.
Superior Bungalows Sea Front: Located in the first row of the bungalows, they offer a full frontal sea view and they consist of one spacious bedroom with a queen size bed (or two twin beds), one bathroom with separate shower cabin and a terrace.

Dining facilities
The philosophy of our restaurants is to offer a selection of traditional cuisine, carefully prepared with home - made fresh products.
The Main Restaurant (inside & outside area) has a large veranda in the garden overlooking the Aegean Sea. American Breakfast Buffet and three- course dinner menu, with salads, starters & dessert from the Buffet and the main course is served.
The Fish Restaurant located on the sea front offers a wide range of seafood and fish delicacies for lunch.
The Tavernaki (Snack-Bar) located on the sea front on the western side of the property offers a variety of snacks, salads and grilled food for a light lunch in the outdoors with the fresh sea - breeze.
The Kafenion situated in the small square and under the plane-trees, where Greek coffee or ouzo can be enjoyed.
The Cafeteria on the eastern side of the Hotel offering a frontal sea view has a selection of hot and cold beverages as well as a choice of local and international sweets.
The Bar located just next to the Main Restaurant offers drinks prior or after dinner.

Conference facilities
The meeting room at the Kernos Beach can cater up to 150 delegates and can be set to different styles of configuration while tables and chairs are arranged to your specifications. Audiovisual equipment can be arranged upon request. Conference Services Desk, Foyer - Coffee Break Areas.
Cocktail parties, Barbecues and Gala Dinners, each with entertainment arranged upon request can be set in exclusive and unique venues within the premises of the Hotel.
